Bank transfer payment

This is an easy way to shop online in our shop www.anekke.com. You can make the payment comfortably from your bank or from online banking without leaving your home. The transfer or deposit can be made in:

Once the order has been placed and within a maximum period of 5 days, if the transfer is not made, the order will be automatically cancelled. 

When you select the bank transfer payment method and once the order has been placed, you will see on the screen all the necessary information to make the transfer and we will also send you an order confirmation email containing the same information. To avoid delays or confusion in the management of the order, it is important that you indicate in the concept of the payment the order number and your name. These details will appear when you finalise the order.

Transfers can take from 1 to 3 days approximately to become effective. Depending on the bank and country

*If you make the deposit/transfer from the bank we work with, La Caixa, the payment confirmation is immediate and your order will be processed more quickly.

When we receive the payment confirmation we proceed to the management of your order, invoicing, packaging and shipping of the package.

Very Important: If you want to speed up this process you can send us the proof of the transfer and we will be able to prepare the shipment and ensure the reservation of your order. Orders placed for which payment is not made within 7 days will be considered cancelled and the stock reservation will be cancelled.
