How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For purchases from EU countries (excluding Spain and Portugal):

• Your order, made online at www.anekke.com, will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days; from the moment you make the order. It might take longer at special times of the year, such as the Sales season or at Christmas, when the delivery period might increase.
• The carrier UPS will deliver the orders. You will be sent the tracking data of your order as soon as it is dispatched from our warehouses, and you can use it to check the status of your consignment. Your order will be delivered within the delivery business hours of the carrier, but we cannot guarantee the specific time that it will be delivered.

• Your order will be delivered to the address that you provide us with in your order. It is essential that you check all the data (address, post code, telephone number, etc.) to make sure that the details are correct, so that there aren’t any problems concerning the delivery of your order.
• If any of the details are incorrect, Anekke cannot be held responsible for not being able to deliver your order or the expenses incurred in this.

For purchases from non-European countries (rest of the world):

• Your order, made online at www.anekke.com, will be delivered within 7 to 15 days; from the moment you make the order. It might take longer at special times of the year, such as the Sales season or at Christmas, when delivery periods might increase.
• The carrier UPS will deliver the orders. You will be sent the tracking data of your order as soon as it is dispatched from our warehouses, and you can it to check the status of your consignment. Your order will be delivered within the delivery business hours of the carrier, but we cannot guarantee the specific time that it will be delivered.
• Anekke cannot be held responsible for any type of customs tariffs that might be charged when the package is brought into your country. If you live outside the European Union or anywhere that has special customs regulations (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or another country that is part of the EU) it might be a set amount, a percentage or both of these and it is calculated according to the laws of each country. At Anekke we do not have specific information about each country, so we are unable to provide you with all the details. If the customer refuses to pay this customs tariff, the customer will have to pay the costs of the delivery and those incurred in returning the order.
