Can I modify or cancel my purchase?

Modify order

Once the order has been finalised it is not possible to modify it. If you wish to add a product to your order you will have to make a new purchase.

Cancel purchase

If you wish to cancel your purchase before your order has been dispatched please contact us using this form. We will try to deal with your request as soon as possible to avoid it being dispatched. 

In the event that your order has been dispatched or we have not arrived in time to cancel it you must refuse the goods to the delivery person once they have attempted delivery, this will return the shipment to us and we will be able to process the refund.
