If you have a registered account with Anekke and are having problems logging in, here is a list of possible solutions:
- You may be entering your password incorrectly or you may have forgotten it. You can find out how to reset it in this article.
- If you registered some time ago in the shop and did not make any purchase, it is possible that your account is pending activation. You should check your email to locate the activation email, if for some reason you do not have it, please contact us here to resend the activation.
- Verify that you really have a registered account in Anekke, it is possible that your registration was not completed correctly and there is no registered account. To do this you should try to register an account with your email address and check if the system gives you an error like this indicating that this address already exists.
